Unscrew the screw on the transparent plastic cover in the following picture, open it, and then connect the the positive and negative charges of the power cord to the inside, their corresponding switches are on the right, as the picture:

The two ethernet ports and one COM port are all monitoring ports.

The jutting power cord is normally connected to the plastic socket on the middle of right side.
